De condensor spoel werd gecoat met microguard AD 35 siloxaan coating om corrosie te voorkomen en de energie-effici\u00ebntie te verbeteren.\n\nDe buitenkast was bekleed met ThermaCote keramische coating ter bescherming tegen corrosie en om een stralings barri\u00e8re te bieden tegen zonnewarmte versterking, wat de belasting en het energieverbruik vermindert. Buitenkast temperatuur werd verlaagd van 135 \u2070 F tot 92 \u2070 F. KWH datalogger bleef gegevens verzamelen voor 2 weken na.\n\nDe implementatie van het coating project op alle units op het dak had een aanzienlijke positieve impact op de bedrijfskosten en de totale bottom line.
