Los da\u00f1os se producen por carbonataci\u00f3n de hormig\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La carbonataci\u00f3n del hormig\u00f3n armado es una de las formas m\u00e1s comunes de deterioro de edificios e infraestructuras. La alba\u00f1iler\u00eda no tratada tambi\u00e9n es muy vulnerable a la entrada da\u00f1ina de agua y al ciclo de congelaci\u00f3n\/descongelaci\u00f3n.
