coloc\u00f3 un registrador de datos KWH en la unidad 2 semanas antes de iniciar el proyecto. En el punto de 2 semanas, la bobina del condensador de la unidad y el gabinete en el hasta que se limpiaron por primera vez. La bobina del condensador fue recubierta con recubrimiento de siloxano MicroGuard AD 35 para prevenir la corrosi\u00f3n y mejorar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica. El gabinete exterior fue recubierto con revestimiento cer\u00e1mico ThermaCote para proteger contra la corrosi\u00f3n y proporcionar una barrera radiante contra la ganancia de calor solar, lo que reduce la carga y el consumo de energ\u00eda.\n\nLa temperatura del armario exterior se redujo de 1350F\/57,22 oC a 920F\/33,33 oC. El registrador de datos KWH continu\u00f3 recopilando datos durante 2 semanas despu\u00e9s. La implementaci\u00f3n del proyecto de recubrimiento en todas las unidades en el techo tuvo un impacto positivo sustancial en los costos de operaci\u00f3n y el resultado final general. Los ahorros se lograron a trav\u00e9s del consumo de energ\u00eda KWH, la demanda m\u00e1xima de KW, la reducci\u00f3n de los costos de mantenimiento, la reducci\u00f3n del tiempo medio de fracaso y la reducci\u00f3n del presupuesto de reemplazo de costos de capital.
