Wochen vor Projektbeginn wurde ein KWH-Datenlogger auf das Ger\u00e4t gelegt. An der 2-Wochen-Punkt, die Einheit Kondensator Spule und Schrank auf der bis zuerst gereinigt wurden. Die Kondensatorspule wurde mit MicroGuard AD 35 Siloxanbeschichtung beschichtet, um Korrosion zu verhindern und die Energieeffizienz zu erh\u00f6hen. Der Au\u00dfenschrank wurde mit der ThermaCote Keramikbeschichtung beschichtet, um sie vor Korrosion zu sch\u00fctzen und eine Strahlungsbarriere gegen Solarw\u00e4rmezunahme zu bieten, die Denlast- und Energieverbrauch reduziert.\n\nDie Au\u00dfenkabinentemperatur wurde von 135 \u00b0F\/57,22 \u00b0C auf 92 \u00b0F\/33,33 \u00b0C reduziert. Der KWH-Datenlogger sammelte auch 2 Wochen lang Daten. Die Umsetzung des Beschichtungsprojekts auf allen Einheiten auf dem Dach wirkte sich erheblich positiv auf die Betriebskosten und das Gesamtergebnis aus. Einsparungen wurden durch Energieverbrauch KWH, Spitzennachfrage KW, reduzierte Wartungskosten, reduzierte mittlere Zeit bis zum Ausfall und reduzierte Kapitalkosten Ersatzbudget erreicht.
